We use multidisciplinary approach and deep domain expertise to decide on what's next: it's not enough to be a team of software developers to build a public transport app; transport engineers and practitioners are a part of the process.
We always build on strong foundations first: fundamental principles of Software Engineering and Human-Centered Design, proven software architecture principles and software designs patterns, and testing and verification built into products.
No exit strategy.
Posimatiq is not owned by Venture Capital, cannot raise funds from Venture Capital firms and cannot have an IPO. The company's mission is to buld profitable services and products that benefit the employees and the humanity.
The only shareholder that will own 100% of Posimatiq after the founder's retirement is Posimatiq Association, which is a non-profit organization created to guard and protect the mission of Posimatiq.
Posimatiq cannot be sold to another company, fund, Venture Capital fund or a Private Equity firm.
Posimatiq is a private company created to be controlled by a non-profit organization.
Posimatiq's mission and values are protected by Posimatiq Association.
All products and services developed and provided by Posimatiq shall be compliant with the company's mission and values; it is not optional and it is controlled by Posimatiq Association.
Value accummulation instead of value extraction.
- Posimatiq does not work and will not work with Private Equity looking to raise the prices for consumers to extract more value for the Private Equity itself.
- Posimatiq does not have and will not have public shareholders looking for stock growth.
