Remote Hiring Policy
Spain
The Company's hiring policy is to hire individuals who live in Spain. Currently, the Company does not hire individuals from other EU and non-EU countries - the additional administrative burden seems to make it more difficult for a company that tries to stay lean and efficient.
Hiring someone who works 100% remotely from another EU country can require employer registration and social-security administration in that person’s country of work. If you would like to read some bureaucractic legalese, please check out the references below.

Remote, hybrid and office
All positions at our company are 100% remote, unless specified otherwise.
However, a remote modality is a free choice - you can choose to work remotely, or visit the office a few times or week, or work from the office daily. The most important is that you choose the modality that helps you to be productive and maintain a good life-work balance.
